TIER 2 ICT TO TIER 2 GEN - COS Clarification

Hello,

i am trying to switch visa from T2-ICT to T2-general.

Could you please let me know if there is problem in getting a reduced value T2-Gen COS than T2-ICT COS which i have now?

I.E.,my Current COS issued by Indian compnay is 56K. Can i get T2 Gen COS for 36K?

Should not be an issue as long as the new salary is above the value required as per the NQF 6 SOC list.
