Hello Experts

A few questions to help me please
1. I am on a Tier 2 ICT LT Staff from Feb'13. My company is looking to extend my work by another 3 years (i earn more than £155M annually). Can I apply for ILR after 5 years

2. My wife is on a Tier 2 ICT LT Staff dependant. Can she change her visa type to Tier 2 General or any other visa (from within Uk or outside if she doesnt have to do the 12 month cooling off)?

3. Can my wife apply for Tier 1 Entrepeneur visa from within UK

4. Assuming the above can happen(ie she is able to convert her visa and I know thats a big if); will she /me be eligible to apply for ILR in Feb 18 assuming we have continuous stay

5. Is there any other possibility that we can look at to get ILR in Feb'18

forgot to add we were both on work permits back in 2004 to 2006. dont know if it makes a difference

No, you cannot.

2. My wife is on a Tier 2 ICT LT Staff dependant. Can she change her visa type to Tier 2 General or any other visa (from within Uk or outside if she doesnt have to do the 12 month cooling off)?
Yes, she can provided she is able to find a Tier 2 sponsor. She will have to go back and apply for the visa from her home country. Cooling off will not apply for her.

Yes, she can.

5. Is there any other possibility that we can look at to get ILR in Feb'18
The above scenario is fine. Once she gets her Tier 2, you can get converted to her dependent to be eligible for ILR after 5 continuous years in UK. You cannot apply for ILR if you continue to remain on ICT visa even after your spouse gets Tier 2.
