Just a quick one.

My gf visa expires next february but she intends to pursue a 2nd degree programme next september.

Do you have any idea of how long it might take for the HO to return her passport bearing in mind that the course starts in September or will they keep her passport until near resumption? (We intend to go on holiday next summer).

Next September as in 2008? Will she be returning home after this visa expires?

And...what is the second degree (same level)? Might be looked at suspiciously by the HO if she's doing the same level.
