cooling off period for ICT long term

Hi,

I hold a tier 2 ICT LONG TERM visa.
The visa was issued for 2 years starting from May 10 ,2013 and expiring on 10 May ,2015
Currently i am in UK but will be travelling back to home country on march 1 2015.

My question is , do i need to face 1 year exclusion period (Cooling off )after my visa expires on 10 May 2015 as i am eligible to extend my current ICT long term for another 3 years ?
The reason is i might need to travel to UK after 6 months but will i be eligible to apply for a fresh ICT Long term?
