Cooling off period between T2 ICT LTS and other VISA

Hi,
I got my T2 ICT LT Staff WP in April 2010 for 3 years and this was extended in 2013 to expire on 16th April 2015. I had to travel back to India in Sept 2014 for some personal reasons and have not been able to get in UK since. As the gap to my WP expiry is quite short, i want to understand the following:
1) What are my chances of extension if i am able to travel by March end?
2) If I am not able to travel to UK and request a renewal by April 2015, can i apply for T2 ICT Short term VISA from India now or i have to wait for the cooling off period of one year (perhaps from Sept 2014)?
3) If I am not able to travel to UK and request a renewal by April 2015, can i apply for T2 ICT Long term VISA from India now or i have to wait for the cooling off period of one year (perhaps from Sept 2014)?

If you moved back to India in Sep-14, your company is required to report this to home office within 10 days. Ideally, they should have done it. If yes, your visa is not valid now. If they have not reported it, their licence is at risk. Since its ICT visa, you may be asked about the gap at immigration. Check with your company on it. Where were you paid your salary while you were in India? Indian salary or UK salary?

2) If I am not able to travel to UK and request a renewal by April 2015, can i apply for T2 ICT Short term VISA from India now or i have to wait for the cooling off period of one year (perhaps from Sept 2014)?
You will have to wait for 12 months from your return date before applying for another T2 visa.
