Tier 2 ICT to Tier 4 dependent

Hello

Can you please guide for below case -

I am on tier 2 long term ICT visa and my wife is on dependent visa with me ; now my wife is interested in pursuing the study ( 2 year long course ) . can she apply for tier 4 General visa & then can i apply tier 4 dependent along with her?

What is the pros & cons with this & what things i need to take care while this shift? Also, can this change takes place in IN-Country!
