HSMP guidance required !!!!

Hi ,

I have just completed my masters from a NARIC recognized university in India. I am yet to obtain the degree certificate which would consume 2 months from now. I should be getting my provisional certificates towards the end of this month.

Question ? Can I apply for HSMP with just the provisional certificates ? Does HO approve provisional certificates for the time being. If not possible, what are my options other than waiting for the degree certificate.
