ilr with pbs dependents

hi,
i was on tier 1 general and my 5years going to finish on june 2015 but my 10 years completed on sept 2014. I got ilr on 10years basis
now my wife and kids visas going to expire on june 2015, they have completed 4 years on pbs dependent.

my question is , can they apply for ilr on SET(O) . what shall i do, please help in selection of form and type of visa to apply thanks
