EEA4 PR application & employment at stake

Post by hunpak » Fri Feb 27, 2015 12:02 am

Hi
I applied for eea4 on 6th Feb however my application was returned due to incorrect payment details,
I am about to submit my application again on the new form however my eea2 is expiring on 24th March.

My biggest worry is my employment let day I send my application back on coming Monday the 30th would I get the certificate of applications back before my visa expires?

How do I deal with my employer? Will they accept my application acknowledgement letter until XOA had not been received?

Please share your experiences and suggestion.

Thanks

HO normally send acknowledgement within 2-4 weeks after receiving your application.

You better check within EEA4 thread if HO input anything about your right to work in acknowledgement letter they send.
