Seems like all the December applications are taking a really long time, which isn't great! I applied on the 5th of December and still haven't heard anything! Does anyone know the contact number I could ring to let them know that i have moved to a different address. Would be really helpful thanks!

The number to call is 0300 123 2253, however they may ask you to send a request in writing. Make sure you have the reference number (on the acknowledgement letter) when you call

I had call them 4 time, not any updat!
Got mad. Send November 2014, money left the account on 11th December but nothing forward!

It's really stupid process, some one got it in one month some one 6 month no update with no reosen!

You are right, it is very frustration indeed. Of'course they are not realy very organised.Case workers are different from one another and they work with different speeds.Also,they randomly do some more check,so it is a matter of chance too.I am getting stressed myself as it's been 2 months and a half since I sent my documents.A friend of mine applied on January and received his approval in 3 weeks.I am not being jelous or something,lucky them but I believe It is not fair at all,if only they knew how their late decision makings cause mental and emotional irritation to applicants.Some say it is a privilege not an entitlement,agree, but if only it would be some fair balance in the timespan among all applicants.Does other deserve more than us?

Thanks Haadi83, after reading few posts, I was looking forward to receive HO feedback no earlier then in May,
but on the other hand, maybe my case was pretty straightforward - one employer, one address for the past 5y, so you never know if that helped too, unless HO has improved their service these days; anyway, in addition to my post, I can add I have a ceremony booked for 27th Feb...

Ive Applied at the beginning of december. Up unitil now its been under consideration! Called today and asked why it takes such long time as some of applicants received their reply within 3 weeks. Answer to this was that its unfortunate. Most cases are dealt that quick, some wait. However the wait time is up to six months, so please call back then!

So freaking frustrating!

NB**I have had refugee status during the 5 years and was granted leave to remain indefinitely in 2013. Now, I don't know how far true this is, but I was told that they are changing the eligibility from 5 years to 10 years for persons that once had refugee status. So could this be the reason they are holding on to my application as it's now coming to 3 months since i submitted my application?
