In country Tier 2 ICT Long Term Visa

Hello,

Can someone please guide me?

I have a Tier 2 Intra Company short term visa expiring in May 2015. My company is keen to retain me back for another two years.

Can I change to Tier 2 ICT Long term visa from within UK. My current salary meets the eligibility criteria for long term visa, i.e have +£45K.

Can my company apply for a fresh ICT long term visa with me staying in UK only, i.e. not returning to India?

you are allowed to change to T2 ICT Long Term Staff with the same (your current) sponsor without cooling off by applying from home country. You can't switch in country and your current sponsor need to apply for a new CoS for you with proper information about your dependents maintenance, in case you wish to process your dependents visa as well.

Can my company apply for a fresh ICT long term visa with me staying in UK only, i.e. not returning to India? No
