I from India and I travelled twice to UK under ICT tier 2 visa.
1.Travelled in 2009 and return to back in 2010.
2.Travelled in 2012 (new visa) and currently living in UK.

Is it possible for me to apply for ILR after my completion of 5 year time period?

No, as you've had new UK visa entry clearance in 2012 and that'll over-ride your previous visa.

ofcourse time between 2010 and 2012 is more than 180 days, so your ILR clock is reset and as per rules of 2012 you cannot apply for ILR
