can tier 2 ICT dependent work during curtail duration

Hi,

I am on Tier 2 ICT and because of job redundancy I might get 60 days curtail duration from UKBA after my company informs them. If my dependent spouse is already working, then can spouse be allowed to work during curtail duration as a dependent to my visa?

Yes, your spouse can work as long as your visa is valid.

Just a query. How can you be made redundant on ICT visa. Wont you just be returning to your base location which sent you to UK?
