Hi Experts,

I am currently on tier 2 ict short term staff migrant in UK and my visa expires on 26th May 2015. Once I go back to my country India, I plan to come back as my husband's dependent. He would be applying tier 4 study visa for his masters. Please let me know if I have to serve any cool off period or I can apply for the dependent visa as soon as I go back.
