Finally I received my passport today 10/3/15
One week after the interview
Thanks to all the members that had positive impact on my application since 2012 that I joined this forum
It's sad am leaving but I will surely be checking time to time to see if there's anyway I can help people out based on the little experienced I have had generally

I never received any SMS when I applied for passport. I called them after a week and it was on the system and I was told it is in progress. I told them that I just wanted to make sure they have my application as I didn't hear anything. They were very helpful.

Contacted the Customer service dept and they informed me that they sent the letter to book an interview last 06/03/2015 and I should receive it within 5 working days. Documents not received yet.

*** Note: Initial application (on 7 March) rejected by PO clerk as countersignatory's date on photo didn't match date used by countersignatory (witness) on the form itself.

I sent the new photos a week ago as they requested it and I have not heard anything from them since then

Hello All

I would like to have some information regarding this. Any views will be much appreciated.

I applied for my passport on February 25th and had my interview at Edinburgh yesterday.

When should I expect to receive my passport and also when should I expect to receive the supporting documents?

Should I have received my supporting documents already or is it possible that it is returned later sometimes?
