Re-entry to France after visa expiration

Post by Robdex » Tue Sep 25, 2007 9:06 am

Hello,

I have been studying in France for the past year, I have finished my studies and now I am going back home to Mexico. The graduation ceremony for my degree will take place on November (end november, actually). My student visa would have expired.. as a mexican I don't need to file an application to visit Europe. Will I have any problems coming back ? Is there a minimun amount of time I need to be out of the country/EU in order to return as a tourist ?

Thanks for your help !
