College not allowing Late Enrolment on Course

Hi guys,

I have a problem with the College. I just completed my Masters at Uni in Northern Ireland and I applied to extend my Tier 4 visa being in Northern Ireland and my new college is based in London. It shows March 13th on CAS as the last date for enrolment. The college says they will report me to UKVI for not enrolling if I dont register by March 13 but I'm still waiting for visa application outcome. They say I must attend the campus in person to register but it is impossible for me to do so as I do not have my passport to travel from Belfast, NI to London. I checked with Stupid and bus companies, and got a confirmation that I need to have passport to be able to fly or Goverment Issued ID to get onto Ferry if I choose to travel by bus. This is a requirement from Stupid/Bus Companies to those who are not either Irish or British. Passport is my only Government issued ID and it is currently with UKVI.

Please could you advise on what I should do?
