Hello All,

I have come across an employer offering me a job claiming he has Tier2 sponsorship license. But while checking UKBA website for registered sponsor list https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... rs-workers I can't see their name on that. They also claim they have already sponsored non-EEA people before.

I am not sure if I should ask this question to them before I get the offer letter. Could anyone help me with this dilemma?

If its not in this list then you need to hold. May be their license was revoked for non-compliance with UKVI standards.
