You must be working full time. I believe this is considered 32 hours per week or more.

Hi Physicskate

i work 37.5 hrs but my soc is 2119 which is based on 40 hrs.

i will be applying for ilr in june, so just checking i am currently below the annual salary as prescribed in the soc document
currently i need to be 27200 but i will be at 26k in june. if i prorate i will be ok .
27200/40*37.5 = 25,500
i will be at 26040.

hourly rate
27200/52.14/40 = 13.04
26040/52.14/37.5 = 13.32

just want to know if anyone else who has applied and needed their salary pro rated?

any inputs welcome.
