Number of days in the country for ILR

Hello,

Can you please advise me on the rule regarding number of days which a person needs to be in the country during Tier2 visa duration to be able to get ILR. Is it 90 days? 180 days?
Also, what if a person is outside of UK for more than the above period (e.g. 180 days) due to the work reasons - is it a barrier to get ILR and each year like that is not counted towards ILR approval?
