Hi
Please help me.
I am Tier 2 (General) Visa holder. Yesterday I came back to London. EO stop me and inquiry in details and he gave me 14 Days Temporary Residence because he check and said me that my TOEIC exam is not genuine. But it is genuine. When I apply for my Visa i submitted same documents. Now I dont know what to do. He gave me right of appeal but I dont know how long take time. My son is in India and I want to back him in UK.


anyone suggest me can I bring back my son within 14 days ? And how long take time for consider appeal ?
