Hey Guys, first time poster!
My workplace has run the RLMT for 28 days and on the 5th of March, we submitted all documents etc and applied for my CoS. However, they have declined our application because my workplace was offering me £30,000 and it turns out the minimum I needed to be paid was £30,600 based on my SOC code and the fact I am considered an experienced worked. The original advert listed the salary as ₤30000 - ₤35000 per year.
We can re apply and offer me more money, which my workplace are willing to do. However, my question is this - considering the RLMT was conducted and they had no issues with this, would we need to do this again? Or can we just use the previous RLMT and apply for a new CoS on the 5th of April, rather than run it again and have to wait until the 5th of May.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
