cooling period visa rules update

Hello friends,

I am on Shortterm ITC and will b going back to India in March end 2015.

My query is are there any updates to the cooling period rules before or do I need to wait for 12 monthsto come back again on Short term ITC.

from 6 April 2015 if the period of engagement on your previous T2 visa was 3 months or less the 12 month cooling-off will not apply
