Eea surinder singh refused want to move to ireland

Hi all,
I am the non EU spouse of a british citizen, I recently applied for eea permit from France and was refused. We would like to go to ireland . Recently there has been the british irish visa scheme that was signed in October 2014.i also have a carte de sejour of a family member of an EU citizen directive 2004/38/ec. I would like to know if we move to Ireland will I encounter any difficulties regarding my previous refusal as there is a ref stamp with a number on my passport.does anyone know or can anyone advise us please.

not earning enough and not working fulltime .and she had a uk bank account.
any advise

If your wife intends to exercise her treaty rights in Ireland, then they will have to issue the visa. The can't refuse, because Uk refused EEA family permit.

coming back to eea family permit refusal, could you please give more details? Would help many future applicants.
Was Uk bank account a problem, or was it the case that she didn't have a bank account in France?

Thanks a lot for the reply.
The uk bank account showed that she had a uk address even though she had a bank account in France. She was contracted for min of 10 hrs a wk and worked 15 hrs a week for 3 months with a renewable contract.

Don't want to be going around this forever :D but I am still trying to get my head rount this account problem. A UK account will have a UK address. Or did she have an account in france, but somehow this account in france showed her UK address. Or did she have an account in france, as well as in UK and you submitted both statements?

Hi , yes both banks statement were submitted. We had a bank account in France and also an account in UK. Based on the account in the UK, the eea permit was refused as stating that she has not transfer her centre of life.
