Non-EEA national member of an EEA national

Post by jim92 » Tue Mar 24, 2015 10:21 am

Hi,

I need your help.

My wife is non-EEA national and got a EEA family permit first following by a 5 years residence card in 2010. This card will expire beginning of june this year.
I am french and employed since we are in the UK (Feb 2010). We have 2 children.
We are going to leave definitely UK end of November 2015, so 6 months after the expiration date of her residence card.

My questions are:
1. Is it possible to extend her residence card for 6 months?
2. Does she has to do a full application for a new residence card?
3. Other options?

Thank you for your help. :)
