Father's Name misspelled in Birth certificate

Hi all,
For age proof I'm submitting my original birth certificate. Problem is my father's name is misspelled
Now there is a mismatch in spelling appearing in Birth certificate and Passport (also 10th markssheet). Getting this corrected at Bangalore takes a longtime as this is a long process.

If anybody has faced the same problem pls comment.

I don't think they'll be concerned with your father's name. Just my 2 cents worth.

You could get an affidavit done, to be on a safer side.
