ILR on Tier 2

Hi All,

May I request you to help me to find out if I can apply ILR?

I entered UK on 3rd Dec 2007 and went back to India sometime in Dec 2010. My visa details during this period are as follows :
WP : Nov 26th,2007 till Nov 26th,2009
T2SW (int com tran) migrant : valid till 10 Dec 2010.

I stayed in India for 4-5 months and came back to UK on 23rd May,2011 on following visa. My visa application for this was filed sometime in April 2011.

Tier 2 ICT Long Term Staff Migrant
valid from : 06/05/11 , valid until : 24th May 2013.
Another one : 15/05/2013 : 07-06-2014
Latest One : 08-06-2014 to 21-06-2015

unfortunately you are not eligible for ILR on the 5 year route because your T2 ICT leave expired in Dec 2010 whilst you were outside the UK and you applied for new entry clearance more than 28 days after this date.
