SET (o) PBS Dependent ! Advise and Help Needed.

Hello Everyone.

I have been so far collecting and filling form for my ILR application by extracting info from this forum, thank you all for that.

I have few Questions now and need to know If i am on right Track.

First came to UK on 17 Jan 2012 (PBS Dependent) and extended it in March 2013
Husband got ILR in Feb 2013
Husband got Naturalised in Apr 2014

Now I am applying on set (o) being the main applicant.

Firstly,
section 2 would not be filled in. would I need to provide my husbands photographs, (he is not the main applicant nor dependent) where is this recorded in form.

section 6 - (immigration history) what evidence has been provided to support absences ? I am not working so does my husband require to provide his employer letter for his absences (his and mine absences are more/less sam number of days and time?

List of Docs

- cover letter
- My passport BRP card
-Husband British Passport, ILR BRP card, copy of naturalisation certificate.
- Marriage Certificate
-2 Photos of me and my husband
- Marriage Certificate
- Cohabition docs
- 2 years bank statement (My and my Husbands separately )
- Letter from Letting agency declaring us as tenants in the property (2 years)
letters from these sources covering period over two years
- Letters from HO
- Letters from NHS
- Life in UK test
- B1 Grade 5 Test Certificate
- husbands 6 months payslip

is there anything else I am missing that needs to be put in.

I am sending my application next week by post any help is greatly appreciated.

Why Set(o)??
You should be using Set(M)

Called home office n they said to use set o... Also in set o details llpbs dependent comes under category who can apply using this form.

Is it not right form ?

Assuming your spouse settled as a PBS applicant, SET(O) is correct. Proof of cohabitation required. Nothing should be required for absences if they were limited. KoLL required.

Hi amber thank you for your reply.

I have no question, I have proof of cohabitation missing for about 5 months in between two year period. Though I have letter from letting agency stating I have been living with my partner . but my bank statements are on perivous address for that time. I have no other letters for that period in my name as well.
Is there anything that can be done? A support letter from husband perhaps. Would that affect my application considerably?

Cohabitation proof isn't as strict as that for SET(M), I don't envisage an issue.

But I will be applying on set (o) is it same for set(o) as well.

Exactly! I said that cohabitation proof isn't as strict (for SET(O)) as it is for SET(M) so you should be ok.

Hi All,

Please help, I am not sure which application form should be used for my spouse

I am currently on "ICT Tier 2" visa and I am eligible for ILR and will be applying for the same next month, but my spouse is not eligible for ILR as she entered UK in Dec 2013 and not completed 5 years.
She is still have Visa until end of August 2015, and I am applying ILR next month

Could you please suggest, how to extend her Visa, as she is still not eligible for ILR, which application form and when should I apply for extension for her (after my ILR or along with me)?

My first Visa Stamp - March 2010, current visa ends on - 1st Sep 2015
Spouse 1st Visa stamp - Dec 2013, current visa ends on - 1st Sep 2015
