hello there!!
i'm a nepali citizen living in india & married with eu citizen(romenian).we are planing to visit to my brother in france.
can i get visa for france as eu partner for free & without eny spl requirments..as w'll travel togther.
or its not aply for romenian as its new mamber state.
& do i need to register my marriage in romanian embessy(i have marrige certificate from india)
pls help

You do not need to register your marriage at the Romanian embassy. Just make sure that your marriage is considered legal in India and apply for a Schengen visit visa free of charge at the French embassy.

Also note that meny questions and proof asked to ordinary applicants do not have to be submitted by you as you are married to an EU citizen. Romania being a new EU country only affects your and your Romanian partners right to work in France, and not the ability to visit the place.
