Urgent -Apply Befor 6 April Dependent visa to Save Money NHS

Hello every one,

I've a question that if I Submit and pay on-line for my dependants before 6th April 2015 and book an appointment at the end of April , so i need to pay for IMMIGRATION HEALTH SURCHARGE Fees ? or NO?

the question is simple to save a money , because after 6th April I've to pay 200£ per year /per dependent as per new policy ..

Dear Moonlight, Manci, iworker or any one who have an idea about regarding the above question , please help me in this .

lets suppose I have fill online application for my dependent before 6th ( lets say 4Th april) and paid online and book an online appointment for my dependent on the first week of may, or last week of April , doing this still i need to pay NHS surcharge or no?

One of my friends family applied from outside the UK last week I think, and they had to pay the NHS surcharge fee for each dependant.

You don't need to pay NHS surcharge fee if you are applying before 6th April.
My wife applied on 19th March and did not pay any fees other than VISA fees.

The revised policy states anyone "entering" UK post 6th April.....so, my guess is that you should be required to pay the surcharge.
