EC - Original documents required for Accomadation/financial?

Hi Friends,

My HSMP got Approved on 10-Sep-2007. [Applied for HSMP on 29-Jan-2007 ... took almost 8 months], I am planning to apply for EC...

Regarding EC- Accomadation & Financial support letter from SPONSER:

As far as i have understood following things need to be sent by the
SPONSER(Who is providing accomadation & financial support letter)

Do we need the ORIGINAL documents from sponser??? or xerox copies are sufficent?

1) Tenancy Agreement
2) Council Tax Bill
3) Electricity Bill
4) Water Bill
5) Council tax receipt
6) 4 months Payslips
7) 3 month Bank statements
Latest P60 certificate


Please mention original/xerox copies required for the above documents....if original required please mention the list of ORIGINAL documents required from SPONSER.

many posts on this forum gives an idea that many applicants have got their EC by submitting photocopies for accomodation.
for sponsor, the letter drafted could be original (notarised/signed)
and rest can be photocopies.
