how much time off allowed on tier 2?

Post by JS28 » Fri Apr 03, 2015 10:20 pm

Hi,

Im on a tier 2 general visa and recently had an operation. Is there a time limit for time off?

The healing period is 6 weeks and I have a sick note.

Please reply as I dont want to go back to work later and mess up my visa but I also dont want to go back early and kill myself.

Thanks

not a problem if your employer keeps sponsoring you. If your salary is reduced for the period of sickness they have to report it to UKVI.
Thanks
