Switching from Set M to FLR(FP)

Was issued a spouse visa in may 2012 and I applied for indefinite on 13/08/2014 but my application was refused on 8/1/2015.thE HO stated in the refusal letter that our relationship is not genuine according to the interview and the documents we submitted but they gave me right to appeal.i have a 4 months son with a different person and he's bristish.i want to switch my application from set(m) to flr (fp) is it possible and what documents will I need

It will be possible to switch, but you will need to show that your relationship with the child is a bit more than a spam donor, and that you play a role in his life.

Have you exercised your appeal right yet.

thanks alot obie...no obie was going through the refusal letter and they stated that if i am not appealing but have further reasons why i wish them to consider i should send them to reach them but if i later apply to stay here for a reason which could have raised earlier i may not be able to appeal if the application is refused.my baby mother is willing to help..what documents do i need to send .at the moment i have my sons birth cert with my name on and the red book,pictures of me,my son and his mother when he was born at the hospital and soo many different pictures.his mum has started uni and i loook after him on thursday and friday. my sons mum is goin to write a consent letter as well.what else do i need???any help????

I applied for indefinite visa but my application was refused Because they Don't believe my wife n i are in a genuine relationship but the ho gave me right to appeal or if I have anY further grounds I wish stay in the uk I should send it to reach them in 10 working days.i have a son here who is BRISTISH with other woman.is there any hope if I send my son documents to them to reconsider under my application under human right???any help?? Has anyone Bn in this situation before...I need ur help pls
