Retained Right of Residence after Divorce

Hello everyone . Plz if somebody can help me. I am married to an eea national for more than 3.5 years . We are going for divorce . We have a 2 year old son also . My eea husband is working in uk more than 12 years . I don't work because of looking after my son but he works full time . If I don't work now and after divorce than can I retained my rights plz? Plz help me.just want to add that I never claimed any benefit plz

If he is paying maintenance for the child, you can use that together with a medical insurance to show that you are self sufficient.
