Tire 2 applications on hold

Hello, everyone can you please help me regarding my Tire 2 visa applications

I applied for tire 2 visa on one day service on the 26th March 2015 however they just given me only letter saying that your applications is valid but there are further enquiries that need to be made on your case.

Now my agent says that because of on my fust extension I usesed Toeic test results that's why they put me on hold .

So can you please help me anyone is this corect ? How long they take to give answers?

If you have used Toeic as part of your current or previous application, your applictaion will most probably be on hold at the moment. I have received a letter from HomeOffice confirming this. They are using your speaking test to check whether you took it yourself or a proxy took it. they are basically checking if a person has taken multiple tests. Hope this helps.
