Please note that it is now possible for the following applicants to use
the premium and super premium service:



· Those who are applying under the transitional arrangements to
extend their discretionary leave after 3 years i.e. those who applied for,
and were granted, discretionary leave prior to 9 July 2012 and are now
applying for an extension of that leave.



· Those who are applying to settle in the UK after 6 years
discretionary leave.

That's a nice change. I'd guess one reason why the are doing this is that traffic overall is slowing down and they are having to find ways to keep the extra money coming in and the offices sustainable.
