Bringing family members of Settled persons into UK

Post by reddyfru85 » Tue Apr 07, 2015 4:29 pm

Hi

I am an INDIAN and currently settled in UK on ILR (Indefinite Leave to Remain) under Tier 2 ICT. My Spouse and Kid were previously in UK for some time on Tier 2 PBS dependent VISA and returned back to INDIA. Their PBS dependent VISA has expired now.

I am planning to bring them again in to UK.

1. Could you advise if I need to apply Tier 2 PBS dependent VISA again or Family of Settled person VISA in order to bring them back into UK?
2. If I need to apply family of settled person for them, Am I right to choose Reason for Visit and Visa Type as settlement and Visa Sub Type as Wife / Child or other dependent of settled person while filling in the online application form ?
3. If I need to apply Tier 2 PBS dependent visa, Please advise what need to chosen under Reason for Visit, Visa Type and sub Visa Type?

Any prompt guidance will be helpful.

Thanks
Srini
