Visit Visa passport lost on Heathrow Terminal

Hi

I really need help and advice, my parents recently came from USA to London on family visit visa, they live in USA and holds green card with Pakistani passport, on the arrive in the UK they misplaced their passports on the airport terminal.

I have consulted Pakistan Embassy with regards to issuance of their new passports, however they need copy of UK visa stamp, which I don't have, any advice on how I can overcome this hurdle? is there any way I can get a letter from UKBA to confirm UK visa issuance?

I would of thought that the Pakistan Embassy should only be concerned with the replacement of the Pakistani passport and the UK visa stamp is none of their concern as they have no authority to replace the UK visit visa. Only the Home Office can do this.

They should only replace the passport. Then you should contact the Home Office for the visa stamp.
