Restricted COS – When to apply for April 2015 Allocation mee

I have query related to Restricted COS application date in SMS by employer. My Employer applied restricted COS on MARCH 30 2015 for April allocation meeting consideration. Based on below information from Sponsorship guidance document does my employer has to apply restricted COS again after April 7th ? There is no clue for the applications submitted after March 6th 2015 to April5th 2015

29.22 Each application received for a restricted CoS will be scored in line with Table 2. See criteria. All applications received up to and including the 5th of each month that are not subject to checks, will be considered on the 11th of that month - the ‘allocation date’. For example if you apply between 6 September and 5 October, your application will be decided on the 11 October. Please note that the monthly application cycle for April and May 2015 will be:

a) applications received between 6 April and 16 April 2015 will be decided on 18 April 2015
b) applications received between 17 April and 5 May 2015 will be decided on 11 May 2015.

Here my confusion is does my employer has to apply restricted COS again after April 7th?
