My employer's a retailer and has a total of six employees. Sales staff reports to the owner, and I (taking care of HR and Marketing activities) report to his wife (she cannot communicate in English), she's good at marketing and hires new employees..needs someone who can talk to her in Punjabi and has relevant skills and qualification to help in the growth of business (owner's expanding his business..from single to two floors, adding online shopping, hire more employees). They want to sponsor me, most of the paper work's done, but now need help with credibility questions. Has anyone here recently applied for sponsors licence? Would someone please help me with the credibility questions?
1. Please provide evidence to demonstrate why settled workers from the UK/EEA labour market who are not subject to immigration control cannot meet your recruitment needs for this role, including copies of advertisements placed, and details of any applicants and why they were or were not suitable for the post on offer?
2. If you have identified a candidate who is exempt from the Resident Labour Market Test, please provide confirmation of how this migrant was initially identified by your organisation? (I am working part-time as I am on student visa)
