Please I need your Advice

I currently have Tier 2 visa,working with NHS in London.My initial application was granted after going through appeal process and evently won.My question is my visa was granted with job skill level 3 with SOC 2000 now changed to SOC 2010.I did use code 3113 but I was met to use to code 3119 which is more closer or matches my job description.Code 3119 was not was not on the system during the time of issuing the COS.The HR Manager concluded to use the code 3113 for me since most of the job descriptions related to my own work description.I want to be sure since there is a transitional arrangement for skill worker moving from Soc 2000 to Soc 2010 if I will be allows to your use code 3119 for my extension in December 2015.My reason for my question is that code 3113 is Engineering Technician,while 3119 is Science and Engineering Technician for SOC 2000 but code 3119 for SOC 2010 is changed to Science,Engineering and Production Technician.The code 3119 changed in SOC 2010 is best one me.I need an expert advice to what next to do actual 2015 is still a little bit far and the rules keep changing.Kindly advice.
