As per New Rules Tier 2 ICT Long Term Visa

Hello,

I heard that new rules have come for Tier 2 ICT long term visa.

Please confirm if below are still valid :-

1. Can I apply long term visa before short term visa expiry( my short term visa is valid till July, can I apply long term visa in June from India?)
2. Is there any cooling off period introduced ?
3. Is £41k salary still valid ?
4. Is English test required to get long term visa?

Please help me on the above queries.

now £41.5k or the appropriate salary for the job SOC code, whichever the higher
4. Is English test required to get long term visa?
no

your question has already been answered (point 1 above) - note that you cannot apply earlier than 3 months before the work start date given in your new T2 ICT Long Term Staff CoS
