T2 ICT 180 < absence - How to split this in SET O Form

Post by T2ICTApril_2010 » Fri Apr 10, 2015 1:37 pm

Hi,

I have a query regarding filling in SET O from for section 6.2. Your help is highly appreaciated.

I am planning to apply for ILR and the only problem i have with my eligibity is a gap of 202 days. I can however split this across 2 consecutive continous period.

The question I have is in section 6.2 the three columns present are 'Date Left' 'Date Entered' and Reason. There is no section which ask for a year wise splitup (i.e. Year 1 continous period , year 2 of continous period ..etc)

If i give one entry for the 202 days i have will this be an issue or should i provide an annexure with a table highlighting Year 1 , year 2 and provide the absences.

Can anyone provide some inputs of how to do this.

you can provide a table such as on p19 here:
https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... eriods.pdf

but the years are counted backwards from the date of the application therefore the caseworker should be aware of the split.
