Switching from Tier 4 to Tier 2 -new entrant

Hi,

Could some one help me to sort this problem with new entrant to experienced salary classification?

I'm 35 years old and on tier 4. I have completed a masters degree in my previous tier4 visa. Then I was in PSW and now in tier 4 studying ACCA.

Do I classify as a new entrant ?

Would be highly appreciate your support as I'm running out of time .
