Changing name and Visa issues-BRP

Will it affect my visa if I change my name? I also changed physically, DO i need to change my BRP?

Yes, you need to apply for a new BRP. Check this:

I have just seen it.

I did not know that I had to apply if you change details. I have changed address and photo. It says that if you don't apply within 3 months they could give me a fine of £1000?

Am I in trouble here?

To be honest, it says you "may" be fined. If you are lucky, they may not put a fine. However, the further you delay, you are increasing the chances of a fine. I would recommend apply asap.

Just to add, you don't need a BRP change just for address change. For appearance, yes you need a new BRP.

I applied for my visa in March 2013 and changed address in April 2013 I am living at the same address now.

Will this affect my future application?
