Hi

i am in Tier 2 G for almost 2 years i am switching to a new employer.

for RLMT the advert is been there for almost 2 months and they got sponsorship last week and they are ready to sponsor me. and i spoke to the employer.

1. i noticed in adverts they did not mention any closing dates since they are looking for more people with same job spec. is this going to be problem ??

1. they advertised as upto 55k (depending on experiacne) but they only offered me 30K is this an issue ??

Please Help me! i am going for visa premium services next week.
