Immigration Health Surcharge

Hi all, I would soon apply for a one year work visa to UK as a Tier 2 General applicant. I have noticed that I need to pay the Immigration Health Surcharge of 200 GBP per year. But, as I register to pay, the website only gives the option of Tier 2 General Migrant, upto 3 years and says I have to pay 600 GBP. But, I am not going to be there for 3 years. Does anyone have an idea of how I can choose to pay for only one year? Thanks
