FLR(M) - English Language requirement query - Help please

Apologies if I am posting it to the wrong place or if this has already been discussed.
I have been reading this forum for long time and really appreciate all the useful information share over this channel.

I will soon be getting my ILR based on long residence. After that my wife will need to switch her current visa to dependent of a settle person through FLR(M).

We have a question regarding English test requirement. I am unable to find the following exact information on your website.

My wife passed IELTS test on 31st March 2012 from British Council New Delhi INDIA. The test has validity of 2 years which has now expired.

Question - Does she need to go for test again OR she can use the expired certificate for FLR(M)?
