But the company is applied restricted COS with new entrant rate for 3 year. This is going to be my first work visa to the UK so I think I am new entrant to the UK. Do you think my visa may get rejected if I apply with entrant rate?
Yes, it will be refused. You may be a new entrant to the UK but for immigration purposes the definition of this term is quite specific. See p3:

The RLMT has to be conducted for new entrants and experienced entrant applications made outside the UK.... So no, you will not be considered as a new entrant.Shah1698 wrote:Thanks Manci. It's much appreciated.
Would it be ok if the employer had conducted milkround for this role? If milkround was conducted, will I be considered as New entrant for this role despite I am older than 26? (I do not have UK degree and I am applying from overseas for the first time - 3 year Tier 2 general visa)
Please advise.
