Spouse does not have marriag name in passport, how to apply?

Hello everyone,

I am applying for a TIER 2 visa in UK, my wife is joining me, so I added her as a dependent. However I have two questions:

1. She is joining me two months after I go, should I do anything different? I am doing everything in a single application.

2. Her passport was issued before we married, it does not have my last name on it. In the application should I use the name on her passport (single name), or use her married name and attach the certificate of marriage?
